It depends on what the allergy is. If he is allergic to lactose, then he's screwed. If he's allergic to the common preservatives or bleaches used in milk, then there is a chance that he can drink non-processed milk. He should talk to his doctor about it to be sure, you don't want to be wrong on this.

Yes, raw milk just has more active enzymes and live cultures in it. Try soy milk or maybe even goat's milk, many people who can't drink cow's milk can drink goat's milk.

if you are allergic to one you are lactose in tolerant. if you cant drink one i do not think you can drink the others. i am not sure it is just a guess.
