I think i have ringworm how do I get rid of it?? It's on my hand.

It'll burn like hell, but if it's a ringworm Clorox will get rid of it in a hurry. Soak a cotton ball with it and rub it on real good. It'll sting like nobody's business for about 5 minutes, but do this every day and the ringworm will be gone in just a few days.

Ringworm is a fungus so you can use any athletes feet ointment to get rid of it, but use it daily..... good luck.

Over the counter Lotrimin cream. Apply it as the package directs until the rash is gone - then another 3 days after.
If you see ZERO improvement after 5 days, or it gets worse, see a doctor.

Anti fungal cream. When at home do not cover it. If going out in public keep a very lose bandage on, where air can still enter but no one will be able to touch it. It is very contagious.

it stings ,but bleach is the best to kill it
