Maybe you are using too much shampoo and conditioner for the type of water they have.

Depends on what's causing it. It could be the water there is either harder or softer (higher or lower mineral content in water). It could be higher humidity where they live. It could be your shampoo/shampoo. Lots of things can cause oily hair, including even hormone changes.
But possible solutions are:
- wash your hair daily with a clear shampoo, or one specially formulated for oily hair. Leave shampoo on for at least 5 minutes before rinsing. You may need to lather and rinse twice.
- give yourself a scalp massage while shampooing, to squeeze out a little excess oil.
- skip conditioner if you can. If you need it, only condition the ends, not the roots. You could also try a spray-on leave-in conditioner
- use a rinse made from a quart of distilled water and the juice of 2 lemons, or one made from a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and a pint of water as a finishing rinse.
- Apply a homemade astringent made of equal parts witch hazel and mouthwash (witch hazel acts as an astringent and mouthwash has antiseptic properties) directly to the scalp with cotton pads after each time you shampoo.
- avoid brushing your hair too often or too vigorously because brushing releases oils and carries them from your scalp to the ends of your hair.
- if you have light hair, sprinkle some baby powder on your brush and comb through your hair, focusing on the roots. If you have darker hair, spray hairspray on your roots and your part, then rub hair with a towel.
hope this helps

Try to wash it twice before getting out of the shower. Don't apply any conditioner or product to the scalp. Try only applying to the end of your hair. It can cause oilyness and traps all dirt at the scalp which makes it look dirty.

i used to have that problem. when you wash your hair scrub your scalp very firmly and when you use conditioner use very little and wash it all out.
