I dont want people saying 'its bad for you' blah blah blah..
My husband and I want to use it, we asked our dr, he said it would be a great thing for us to do, he sent us a list of cleansers...but its a never ending list.
I want to know from you what product have you used and what did you think of it? Where did you get it from? How much? and How long did you use it for?

if you are gona just do something at home - its not really gona do much because your colon is cleansing itself by dietary fiber you get from food.
the only way it will work is colon hydrotherapy - 6 sessions is what they recommend and you have to do it once a week.

You asked a DOCTOR and got a positive response?!?!? I'd be checking his diploma to see if he made it up himself....

Unless you're constipated, there is absolutely no legitimate reason to do this.

I assume nothing. I operate on information given, which wasn't much. You said 'want' rather than 'need'. Most people in this forum are searching for magical, no effort, weight loss, or are just caught up in touchy-feely New Age pseudo-scientific nonsense. The word 'want' put you in that category.
----

Well there you go....

I now understand why your 'doctor' gave you the list. You insisted you 'wanted' to do a colon cleanse, but didn't give him enough information or a legitimate reason for it, so he gave you the list to make you shut up and go away. Exasperation is not the same as approval. If you want help achieving a goal or an end, you have to give us some idea what it is, or WE CAN'T HELP YOU.

I HIGHLY recommend blessedherbs.com My husband and I did it and we felt a lot better and had more energy.

It takes 8 days total. It was about $100 for the 8 day supply for one person. Go on the website and read up on it. It's a very high quality product.

And to silverbullet above me, you must not know much about the digestive system. Old food gets stuck in your system and rots and can turn toxic. If you get the right product, it can help a person a lot in ridding the body of years worth of bulid up and waste and in turn it helps nutrition from foods get properly absorbed though your intestines.
