God never forced anyone to do unnatural things other than helping people with miracles. I have the responsibility to tell others what the Bible says. It is not up to me to decide what is right or wrong. I know that those who call themselves Christians often will persecute and look down upon a homosexual more than a heterosexual who is guilty of fornication as well. I am someone who was born gay and try to be that everyday. I am not a homosexual, nor have I ever been. I believe in God and the bible and if it says it is sinful, then it is sinful. You can not believe in God and the bible and pick and chose what you like and don't like. God is not you neighbor--HE is the all-powerful creator who does not compromise with His creation.

To test us? That's just a load of crap.

To fight against your own human nature in what sex you love, is not divine. It is moronic. Do your parents have the right to tell you who to love? No, and they made you and are proven to exist. So why should gays and lesbians listen to a god that may or may not even exist? They shouldn't.

They should be able to live their life as they want and enjoy all the same benefits we straight people have. I do not think God would condemn two male or female people who genuinely love each other and deny them the ability to marry each other.

Love is love, no matter what gender you love. It is not a good god that denies love between two people because they do not fit the strictures of society.

Negatives with homosexuality outside of disobeying God (all confirmed by studies):
-reduced life span
-easier spread of STDs
-rectal injuries since human bodies were not meant for such actions
-inability to procreate

There are no positives, once again the atheist left has failed to somehow poke a hole in the perfect Word of God

To the person that says "being gay is not a choice, why would he/she want to go through all of that hate?" By your thinking, being a Christian isn't a choice either, why would we want to subject ourselves to all of that hate? It is a choice, deal with it.

Even if he did make everyone at some point, basic reproductive biology shows that we can manage on our own now.

But that aside, nobody has the right to tell them what's right and wrong between two mutually concenting individuals. I personally find it unpleasent to even think of older people having sex but I don't go around saying that it's sick and that they're going to hell or some other nonsense.

And all that crap about justifying it with the Bible ~ how would you like it if I told women to shut up in Church, told people eating shrimp that they're going to hell and throw stones at people who wear polyester-cotton blend fabrics? It's justified in the Bible after all.

Being Gay is not a choice. Why would anyone choose to go thru all the hate people project at them, when it would be so much easier to be straight not have those same people hate them?

Simple. Being gay is not a choice. It's who they are. They were born loving and being attracted to individuals of their same gender.

God does not know their divine fate. He gave us free will to choose.

And as far as the Gay thing goes....get over it! Spirituality has nothing to do with sexual orientation. that's just man's "shallow" way of thinking and justifying theire beliefs....

Your first assumption is incorrect. God does not make people gay.

Does God make people murderers?
Does God make people drug addicts?
Does God make people child molesters?
Does God make people gamblers?
Does God make people thieves?

The obvious answer to all of those questions is no. Man chooses to sin. Homosexuality is a choice and a sin, plain and simple. Fortunately, all sin is forgivable if you turn from that sin and seek God.

God gave us free will. He made us perfect. Then Adam and Eve had to play around with the apple. No one is born gay. They may be born the wrong sex in some cases. But, you ultimately choose to be gay. Whether you feel a strong urge all your life or not.
