Must be, what God would be cruel enough to create the species of moths that die soon after metamorphasis because they no longer have mouths to feed with?
Just a note, Lucifer is not a name given to Satan in the Bible, the only place it does appear is a transliteration error.

Moths are beautiful. Craneflys(daddy long legs) are the most hideous creatures, and pointless. Apart from mankind.

They are stupid, that's for sure.
But really, moths are like the nocturnal version of butterflies. Notice that they always go for the light? It's like they want to be beautiful daytime creatures but are stuck being ugly nightime animals.

There are very few things I hate more than moths. Why is that? And they never leave me alone!

Not quite. They have a strong instinct to 'move towards the light' so I'd say they are willing to embrace God's love.

You are correct; in the bible (Luke 2:34) it says "and I shall send you creepy looking things that you will call Moths and
Snails"
