I am 185 pounds and I am 5'1 which means I'm really over weight and my health is at risk. I'm trying to loss at least 50 pounds not fast but indefinetly. I want to know if anyone has any good diet plans that include exercise routines and meal plans.

Its good that you're not looking for a quick fix. People who have the most success with weight loss are people who change their lifestyle habits.

The best way to lose weight is with diet and exercise combined. Most people don't have 4 hours a day to devote to the gym. But you don't need much time to get a good workout. Make sure that you're not making excuses for yourself and devote at least a half hour a day to exercise, whether you get up a half hour earlier everyday or stop at the gym on your way home from work. If you don't have much time to exercise try to do 20 mins to a half hour of cardio every other day and 20 mins to half hour of weight training the days you don't do cardio. Adding muscle will help you burn more calories all the time which will add to your weight loss. If you do this for 5 days I promise you you will feel and see a difference in your body.

Remember that exercise won't do anything without a healthy diet. If you eat any fast food stop immediately. Incorporate healthy fruits and veggies in your diet anywhere you can. Such as a salad before every meal and a banana with breakfast, an apple for a snack, etc. They fill you up faster and keep you fuller longer.

To suppress hunger try eating some oatmeal with protein powder mixed in for breakfast, the combination of fiber and protein will keep you fuller longer.

Hi
A good trick is to do regular cardiovascular exercise (sweat every other day at least), sleep well and long at night, drink lots of water and add many fresh fruits and vegetables to your eating habbits. Another good trick is to reduce your intake of sugar and cookies, crackers, chips, ets. And reduce your intake of bad fats (fats that your body doesn't know what to do with (icecream, the fat that is used for cooking food, shortening, etc). BUT don't cut yourself drastically from anything because things could end up worse. Just try and gain good life habits that you will gain gradually in your life and be able to keep.

Good luck

find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio is the only fat burning exercise and burns fat all over your body (running, jogging, swimming, spinning, elliptical etc) 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

really easy thing that worked for me. I walk briskly for 30 min a day. I eat a light breakfast, a snack, lunch,a snack then dinner. Now you have to cut out junk food and soda and have atleast day to eat it so not to fall off the wagon. Cut all portions of food you eat in half and drink plenty of water. The basic principle is less calories and junk. Best thing that will make a immediate impact is cutting out fruit drinks and soda. Reducing your portions sizes you can still eat what you want but you have to make sure you get enough exercise.
