If you haven't been to Delta.com before the change, I don't know how you could have "seen the change" ... because you would only have been looking at only what you've known.

If you go to Delta.com, simply because they have asked if you've "seen the change," despite the fact that you didn't know what they looked like before the change, they will have gotten you to their website, which I'm sure is the objective behind asking have you "seen the change"....

Now if Delta.com were a say 50-year old female, and I hate to say this, and they said, 'have you "seen the change" '...this would be hilarious and another segment perhaps in Menopause the Musical.

Then you could have men saying "I haven't been through the change, but I have 'seen the change' at Delta.com." In the same vein as, "I'm not a doctor, but I play one on tv."

OMG, did I really just say that???

The changed their logo from a blue color to a red color. They made it a lot harder to try to redeem frequent flier miles, but now also seem to give them out more liberally from their partners. They got rid of their "maximum fixed price" scheme "simpli-fares" and now charge a lot more. They finally stopped being super-worried about that US Airways was going to gobble them up. They are out of bankruptcy and the people don't seem as bitter as hey may still have their job tomorrow. That's all I noticed.

I've been on a flight of their's recently to NYC.

Their ads have said "clean planes and dirty martinis". It's true, the planes are much tidier than other airlines. But I haven't checked their site recently.

Yeah, I've "Seen the Change" at Delta. I work for them and it is hard to miss. Cleaner planes, premium drinks and better arrival/departure times. We are moving on up !!! ;)
