It is "issues".
Are you pulling my leg?
They have issues they need to deal with. It is interfering with their everyday life & they are treating others accordingly.

Perhaps, perhaps you need your ears washed out or perhaps, perhaps a hearing aid. Yes, obviously its issues not tissues. Although in Britain if someones got a cold some people will say she/he's got the tissues. Sorry if this was unhelpful. This question is probably a joke, but if not then you are mishearing, now it is possible to have deafness with-in certain frequencies so that you will hear most of what is said correctly but will not hear words or parts of words that use certain frequencies and so will misinterpret what is said. People that listen to loud music or work in very noisy environments can have nerve damage to the ear which will cause deafness in certain frequency ranges.

Fame at last!!! Ah the dizzying heights of it-as far as I know I was the one who invented this piece of silliness and it is a deliberate misprint of 'issues' and I based it on the satirical magazine Private Eye's lampooning of British Prime Minister John
Major's supposed pronunciation of his wife's name as Norman as if he were some sort of idiot.{in the ficticious diaries}
On the other hand,it is far more likely that I heard it from someone else and repeated it thinking it was my own as has happened so many times before as I have never had an original thought in my life.

Morning Don, I've never heard someone say "tissues". I've heard them say "issues" but never "tissues". It might be a new word, though.

It's a secret society. You must dress in their special colors or something for them to keep trying to get you to give up the password.

There are different ways to use things.
One must decide between that use, or this use.
