2 months? Have you taken him to the vet for his puppy shots? He may have worms, which is perfectly normal, however he needs to get his puppy shots. It could be the dog food. I tried starting my dog on can food when he was just 3 weeks old and he would just throw it up and get the runs. So i switched to dry food and he was able to keep it all down and no more diarrhea.

Has the puppy been vaccinated for Parvo? (Dhlpp on your shot records) Is there diarreah as well? If there have been no shots -- I would take the puppy to the vet immediately -- parvo can kill puppies very quickly. If there is no regular stool movement -- there may be an obstruction (puppies eat everything!) -- again -- veterinary care is in order. Continued vomitting is not normal in dogs. I wouldn't delay.

Some puppies fail to digest even Milk and throw out or have Lose motion
What i suggest is to feed him thrice a day about 200 ml water with 1 tablespoon Nestle's Cerelac.
Hope it helps
If he Still throws up, Take him to vet.
Cheers!

Take this pup to the vet. Ask the vet about barium x-rays to check for megaesophagus or persistant right fourth aortic arch.

He might have just eaten something he shouldn't have just in case you should call the vet!!!!!!
If he has had chocolate you should call the vet ASAP because he is such a small dog it could be pretty serious!

Has he been checked by the vet for any medical conditions?
Have you tried switching foods (maybe your current brand doesn't agree with him)?
