I'm afraid so. We have had gale force winds and flooding in my area so I would ask you to stop your disgusting behaviour before someone gets injured!

Of course not! What has your loud belching got to do with the window falling out from its frame unless the sound reached a very high pitch and caused the window to fall off? You have been scammed when you paid for the fallen window. You could have, at least, asked the owner to prove that it was your fault then the money you paid would have been worth the trouble your loud belching caused you.

No I don't think it's your fault. The restaurant just had a bad window.
You should tell them that a window that falls out of its frame by a belch is hazardous...and that your belch just made that restaurant take some safety precautions...to replace it so that its glass wouldn't potentially hurt its customers.
If that window didn't harm anyone, you saved the day. Congratulations.
