In a sense, Yes. The present dictionary definition is not adequate in Jesus' regard. The definition should be modified to , mortal : may die under the right (wrong) circumstances.
Perhaps a better definition could be cooked up. The point is that Jesus would not have died a natural death. He had to be starved to death, have water withheld sufficiently to cause dearth, or be killed by a mortal wound.
This last did happen.
But until his mortal wound, Jesus enjoyed eternal life with the limitations of ordinary humans but without disease, and being aged as ordinary people do when they grow old and die.
Thus the Bible calls Jesus the Last Adam because he as the first Adam was perfect.

Yes, He was mortal and supernal! He felt fear as in the Garden of Gethsemane; He could eat as in the Last Supper, though it wasn't necessary due to His divinity. He could do the supernatural things too! He could pass through walls, walk on water, heal people and etc. Yes, he was mortal, but He is also God.

Jesus was the only begotten, so I guess you could say He was made of fully "God-stuff", but He was born in human flesh so He was fully both at the same time.
