Good or bad in golf is all relative. If you we're once a 25 handicap and are currently a 15 this year then you would think you're good. It's the only game that lets you keep and average of how far over par you are in relation to your skill level. If you're on tour shooting par at a course can miss the cut but shooting par at the local muni and your a star.

LOL...no. I'm pretty mellow about things. Even though I play off 2, I've had my butt kicked enough times by guys shooting 68 to know that I'm certainly not God's gift to golf. I will say though that I just love to take a little cash from those "pretenders" out there who are all stylin' and profilin', posing after each shot like they're on Tour, etc. Funny how it's always their "worst day all year" or some such rubbish when they're digging deep from their wallet :)

Remember, "Its the indian, not the arrow" :)

I break 80 with under $200 set of clubs and Top Flight XL's from Walmart. There is no "act" in my game; but then again I'm a humble, self-respecting human being. I enjoy the sport of golf, and don't try to act like someone I am not.

I do it the other way round. Play reasonably well but act as if I am a beginner, especially when I am at the range. This way, when I get invited to play bets during a round, I tend to win 20 to 30 bucks. I also use an old graphite set to make me look like a beginner. :)

No..I'm a 7 handicap, which isn't "Pro", but it's a lot better than 95% of all golfers will ever be. However, I don't act "good". I play with confidence, because I've been playing and practicing for a lot of years, which is the only way to get good.

I like to think I have game and sometimes play up to my own standards, but overall I realize I'm not very good. All I do now is play, have fun, try to improve, accept the outcome of a round and move on.
