especially considering that how does something come from nothing,.................you have to have many things in order for something to go BANG!!!!!! Right!!!........like two trash can lids slamming into each other right..............this would be consider the BIG BANG.....many atoms and particles make lids,... but from nothingness inpossible...LoL

God Spoke, and Bang it happened.

His voice the ultimate osculating harmonic resonator of all of universal function.

please, understand, that you can believe in both God, and also in Gods science.

The fact that he did it is one thing, and the fact that we are here to appreciate it, and study it is another thing.

in other words, God can create it, and still make it go Bang.

The fact that the bible teaches us that we are made in Gods image, and greater things then that which Jesus did, we will do also, only shows me that we have much work to do in science.

Oh, and it is OK to love God at the same time also.

P.S. there was never nothing ever, as there has always been God he is the Alpha, and the Omega, the Beginning, and the End.

In other words his energy is spherical, every possible angle of the curvature is both the ending, and also the beginning, and it is merged in perfect oneness.

The fact that you cannot understand something does not make it automatically impossible. The fact that you have demonstrably made no effort to understand the Big Bang Theory makes any opinion you have about it based purely on prejudice.
The Big Bang Theory is generally ACCEPTED in modern science as providing a probably mechanism for the creation of the universe but the ACCEPTED version omits all mention of trash can lids.
I am sure that following your explanation the worlds scientists will try to develop the Trash Can Lid hypothesis to correct this error.

There is actually some pretty firm theory supporting the "Big Bang". You would know about this if you'd read even a little about the actual physics involved.

Here's an idea.

Go find articles about the theory that explain some of the evidence and theoretical underpinnings of the theory.

Read them.

Ask questions about the bits you don't understand.

Then...

Decide whether or not you agree with the theory.

(The theory doesn't make any claim that God didn't cause the Big Bang, either. Also, since we can't go back and measure stuff, its just as prone to being disproven as any other theory...)

Get a clue please.

The Big Bang does not say something came from nothing!

In fact the big bang model by itself says nothing about origins at all.

It is simply a solution to general relativity describing the observable universe's rapid expansion.

Please don't tempt others into calling you names by posting such extremely uneducated and arrogant questions. We are trying to keep this section civil. If you are extremely uneducated then you should not attempt to be arrogant at the same time. The two do not go well together.

You obviously do not have the slightest idea about what Big Bang Theory is. Try doing a little non biblical reading, you might actually learn something

It NEVER says something from nothing. You don't even know what you are arguing against. Pick up a science book and stop listening to your preacher.

And that sort of implies the Universe was always here in some form. You don't get a free pass just 'cause you put a faerie in there.

why dont you go read up on what it actually entales, cus you obviously dont know what youre talking about. the name 'big bang' is just a name to describe something much much more intricate. And there is no sound in space, so the big bang probably did not make a sound...

and under general relativity, there is no nothingness. since there is no 'before' the big bang.

What is your theory? You said that something coming from nothingness is impossible, which also disproves the theory of God. He had to come from somewhere. Maybe he came from the big bang.

That's hardly a proper analogy. The Big Bang was not an explosion at all, but rather the beginning of an outward expansion of energy and, subsequently, matter.

I would suggest you take an astronomy class.

Scientists tend to believe in the Hot Big Bang. As they do research, it points to a beginning time. And there are traces in the background radiation of this. It is the proper temperature to have happened. Now to make it happen from nothing, this is where God comes into creation. He created it from nothing. The Bible establishes a time of creation..."In the beginning..". And "God created". This is enough evidence for me.
