What happens at Disney after the parks close?

They clean. Pure and simple. Lots of strollers get collected and wheelchairs. They hose down the walkways, polish all the brass, make sure the rides still work and all of that. No satanic rituals though..

I've heard that this summer "The Year of a Million Dreams" they keep the park open for 2 more hours after it closes for people who are staying at a Disney World resort. And also, they open an hour earlier.

I'm sure this is an urban legend, but I haven't heard it before.
I'm not sure what the schedule is like at Disneyland or Disney World, but I'm sure there are heavy maintenance and restocking jobs that need to be performed. And Satanic rituals would probably get in the way.

I think I'd have the Lynard Skynard, Free Bird Ride. Where people get in these giant white bird or dove shaped planes and fly around really slow, floating almost, over forests, lakes, beautiful things, with the wind blowing through your hair. Then when the music picks up you would attach to a roller coaster ride and freaken go crazy! (haha) All the while listening to free bird of course. PS and there would definitely be smoking allowed on this ride!!!! ;)

Seeing the saccharine sweet, sanitized, "All-American" family values on display was trauma enough for me. Never in my life have I been so utterly horrified by such "niceness". I was literally sickened by it. There's more genuine wholesomeness in a Gay Pride Parade or a burlesque show than the fascist loving Walt Disney's creations.
