Hey Bluestone! The misery pouring out of your mouth is the fruit of the seeds of death you've planted and allowed others to plant in your heart. These weeds strangle hope, truth, and peace, all which come from The good shepherd who leads His sheep to fresh pastures and clean, pure waters.Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks. What has been planted in you is birthed out of you, in it's season. Whether good or evil, health or healing. The lies that you have allowed to be planted, by what you fill your mind, eyes, ears, and mouth, with on a daily basis, are producing fruit of death. You have watered these word seeds by agreeing with them, when two agree on anything it is established in their lives. And now the seeds have grown up and are producing fruit which identify them for what they are. They are reproducing after there own kind, death begets death,.life begets life. This is WHY you have no desire for life, because you have coveted, planted, and watered death, instead of life for so long. What to do? Exchange the weed seed for nourishing Fruit of The Spirit seed and begin to plant. Loose the religious documents, and buy a Bible which is relational and the Light of LIFE speaking The Word (the seed) of truth, and He will reveal Himself to you, bringing clarity of understanding through His Holy Spirit as you read IF YOU ASK HIM TO! Use your tongue as a hoe to dig up the hard ground of your heart, ASK, and begin to plant LIFE. Ask and you SHALL RECEIVE, SEEK and you SHALL FIND, KNOCK and The DOOR SHALL BE OPENED, to any who ask, he shall receive, and anyone who seeks, shall find, and any who knocks The Door SHALL OPEN.....Eternal LIFE or eternal death? Locked into misery and lifeless, loveless, Fatherless, fear, torment, sadness, rejection, torment, and death. Hmmmmm let me think! Or becoming one with Him who loves me,who has the power over death, hell, and the grave, has called me a King and Priest on behalf of The Creator of the universe, has Supernatural Gifts already for me, has formed me and knew me before I was in my mothers womb, and even before He laid the foundations of the earth, has a Divine purpose for my life, does not compare me to others but treasures and loves me with an everlasting love, will never, ever leave me nor forsake me, has prepaid my due-penalty for every sin I've ever committed or will commit with His own blood, past, present, and future. Has freely given His own Holy Spirit to live and abide in me, to teach and guide me into all truth, has accepted me in The Beloved(Yeshua who is Jesus) as His own inheritance, child, and special treasure. Fills me with over flowing gratitude, makes me want to sing and dance. Hmmmmmm let me think......................ASK and it Shall be Given...start with the book of John he introduces you to your Father in heaven, if that seems unfamiliar it's because it's new seed for your garden, once you choose to plant and cultivate it, you'll be back on Y/A saying,"I Love to Live!"... get your tools together and begin to plant your different seed and soon you'll be harvesting a different crop...one of LIGHT&LIFE ...Hmmmm.. sounds like the great exchange death for Life, cursing, for Blessing, mourning for Laughter, sickness for health and healing...Hmmmm sounds like a Plan!!

I choose to answer only your last question as it seems the most pressing.
Wouldn't you prefer to have the perspective that life is worth the living now? Rather than having to wait for something which from your current point of view understandably would be a huge dud?
I would suggest that rather than looking at it primarily seeing it only from the POV of the afterlife. See what Jesus has to say about the life you have now been given.
He promises an entirely new perspective based on His power to make an everlasting change in you not only for your benefit, but for the benefit of those who you love and who love you, and the entire world. It is an amazing promise.
It saddens me to think that at this point in time you live in this state of mind. No wonder you wouldn't want an after-life. What would be the point? But... imagine if you could really see and experience the value of the life you now have. You would be so amazed at the transformation!
God Bless. I do so hope for you a new and wonderful concept and understanding of how blessed life really is, and how then you can be a real blessing to others.
In Christ it just keeps getting better and better.

You have a point, it's a perfect question.
First of all God created human as his companion, to show his love, and to be loved.
If you just want to die and stay dead, it will be unfair. Think those your "successors" before you preserved the world and resources until now for you to enjoy, the peace, love and comfort you own now. They never been think like you, otherwise the world had "wiped out" by evil intention right now. That why the "purpose" of our existence comes in.
Anyway, to stay eternally is a controversial subject, but your thought is a deep conscience, makes you different than others.
Just aim the God ("divine purpose"), not bliss. Keep your "good work" to ALL-BEINGS and NATURE which you want other to do unto you. That will be fair enough to all, and to your next generation.

You of course have the option to keep yourself separated from God - He gave us free will so we could and would make the choice of being with Him or separating ourselves from Him.
The idea that you don't WANT eternal life is rather like saying you don't want to the sun to rise tomorrow - it is going to happen whether you think you want it to or not.
I am praying that whatever has you in such spiritual pain will be soon resolved.
A very dear friend of mine had similar feelings after loosing her only child - she wished she had never been born and wanted nothing to do with God. She eventually saw though that God did not want mankind to have the problems we encounter; that was mans decision. Instead, God is there to help us if we will just reach out to Him.
You are in my prayers.

Become a Buddhist. We guarantee that when you are dead you will normally stay that way. If you like, you can believe that you come back as something else but that isn't really Buddhism but animist / Hindu beliefs.
We don't believe that God gave life or even that their is a God. We even question whether we do exist or not already so you don't need to wish that you had never existed.
As a Buddhist, I don't believe anything that I cannot or have not experienced and even that I have to question my perception of what I experienced.

it sounds that maybe you could be a little depressed for writting down "and would've rather simply never existed in the first place."i do hope your doing fine, but if not, please try to talk to someone.i know it's just a question your asking but the whole thing just jumped out at me as a cry for help.please let me know if i am wrong or right.and for eternal life it comes if you like it or not.once you die your body is forever gone but your soul is always there.you are made of energy and that cannot die my friend.i am not a religious person but i do beleive in the higher power.as it may be god or not, that is up to you.as i watch shows on tv one pops to mind for you to maybe check out and a lot of answers for religious documents or what is said in the bible will make more sence to you,or at least i hope it does.it's called the 'naked archeolagist'.he tries to find a lot of the answer to what the prophets and the poeple of that time really meant from the words from bible to bible that has come out during all this time.don't forget get back to me,i really want to know if your ok and what you think of all this.

If you don't want eternal life, you don't follow the dictates and rules of any particular religion. Whatever path is laid out to get you to heaven [or the equivalent]--don't follow it.
Beyond this answer, and from my perspective as a gay Christian, I'm concerned that you may be suicidal or heading in that direction. I don't know what has made you wish you had never existed in the first place, but please talk to someone you trust or contact a mental health hotline. You may not want eternal life, but God has given you life here and now and you should stay around, check it out, experience it, live it, chill with it for awhile, and see what becomes of it.

Then you're in the same boat as me....I don't regret my existence, but I'm gonna enjoy it until it's done, then I'm gonna hang my hat up and call it a day. I reasoned out many years ago that hell isn't forever...it's just for good. I couldn't figure out whether they were saying you would burn eternally, or just be "eternally" destroyed (meaning never to return again). Then I did a little more reading/studying, and read somewhere about god not being able to tolerate the sight of evil/sin/whatever....therefore in the perfect paradise that's supposed to follow the apopcalypse, there can be no sinners left, and no pit where we get tortured for all eternity, b/c god can't stand the sight....so I think it's just a "bang, yer dead, son!" And no more!

Religions that believe in an eternal afterlife also believe that once you have reconciled with God, or restored your true nature, then you will enjoy your existence, and want to live forever.
Other religions, such as Hinduism and some forms of Buddhism believe that when you find enlightenment or restore your true nature, then you will be released from the death/birth cycle of reincarnation, and cease to be.

I personally believe you have no choice in eternal life. Either way you'll be in existance forever, but you have the choice of where...(and I do mean heaven or hell). And I'm sorry you feel the way you do about not wanting to exist, but I think every soul created was created on purpose. There is no "accidental pregnancy", because God obiviously made you for some reason or you never would have come into existance. I believe a person's duty on Earth is to find God's will for his life and serve him, and bring others to him as well.
