Jayfresh is right. Someone with past issues can find it difficult to believe someone can love them for them. It is quite difficult for a child that's mother or father left the home when the child was young. Have patience with you boyfriend, and stick by him.

Cook dinner for him, or set up some romantic date. Not only boys can do that for her gf, but we women also can do it for our bf. Then find a good chance to tell him u love him and wish to be with him for the rest of ur life.

If he keeps questioning you, it probably means that he has issues with insecurity, and the fear of losing you. You should help him build some confidence and that might alleviate some problems.

you can't; and if he needs that much reassurance you probably don't need to be with him. No one needs a clingy partner, it is not healthy or fun.
