The answer is ALWAYS going to be diet and exercise. I have currently lost 75lbs and can tell you how I did it.
First is your diet. Increase to five to six small meals per day. Preferabbly increase your protein. For breakfast I have a single serving of Fiber One cereal with skim milk and a carb control yogurt, meal 2 (snack) I have two part skim string cheeses, lunch is usually a salad with DARK greens and some kind of protein either chicken breast or pork loin - broiled with no butter or anything like that, meal 4 (snack 2) is usually a protein shake I personally use isopure because it is zero carb and either water or skim milk again, dinner is usually protein (fish, chicken, or pork) with steamed vegetables (preferabbly broccoli and cauliflower). Stay away from white flour, sugar, corn, anything made with sugar, get rid of all sodas.
Increase your water intake. I drink AT LEAST 1 gallon per day, you can drink too much, but your usually in the 4+ gallon range in those instances, but talk to your doctor, etc... etc...
Workouts. Well, I work out a lot, but I would say cardio is always your friend for dropping weight, but remember that weight lifting not only increases muscle mass which increases your resting caloric burn, but it speeds up your metabolism on top of that. The MAX you could add in muscle weight per MONTH is around 4lbs and that is HEAVY lifting with a lot of protein with an endo body type, but if you eat clean like mentioned above, get at least some cardio in everyday. You will start to look better and feel better.
Also I always recommend a multi vitamin, but I also take Omega 3-6-9, sesamin, and green tea extract. I would say the multi vitamin and the omegas should be definite gets, but the others will be up to you. Research them and you will see why.
And most importantly... Don't give up and don't get discouraged. I plateaued for 6 weeks! Lost only 5lbs, but the week after I dropped 12lbs, and continue to have those additional big weeks.
Good luck!

I have tried everything and the best way to do it is thorugh exercise and calorie watching. Take it from me, don't take diet pills.. they do not work.
Try the "10 Minute Solution" video. I have the kickboxing one, but you can get others as well.. I just think this one is funa nd you can do a 10 minute leg trimmer or buttocks or abs or back.. or a calorie buster one.. Just take it slow though.. I did 50 minutes once- which is 5 sessions cuz I wanted to do them all and I was out for 3 days! I couldn't move! It is really good. It came as a recommendation and this girl was in total shape with rock hard abs and I asked her her secret and she told me she only did this video.
I ordered mine from www.Amazon.com.. just do a search for the 10 Minute Solution. It is geared for busy people with 10 minutes to spare. You can do more though of course.
Chow!
Good luck! Hoep this helps.

I really hate answering like this, but...
If you have the perfect figure, then why do you want to lose weight? I mean, what's the point? You're agonizing over nothing at all. Just be content with yourself as you are, and leave the weight issues to those of us who DO have something to worry about.

You have to eat healthy. Three small meals or more a day to get the motabolism moving. And you must exercise. Nothing too vigerous to start. Just a good walk at a decent pace not a stroll. Maybe some bike riding. Or get a gym membership where they actually have people there that will push you in the right direction. Good luck
