I cry alot .... because I'm happy, because I'm sad, because I'm sick ... and over movies and TV! The last really big cry was with my husband a day ago.... just discussing how much things have changed and where we are headed with those changes taking place in our lives.
I think crying is healthy! It allows you to let out the stress and move on.

I just cried a few minutes ago. I saw a picture on the Internet of the first boy I ever loved (we were in the 8th and 9th grades). We never dated but I loved him from afar for a long time. I found out later that he liked me too but it never went anywhere. I was too shy and stupid. I saw his picture now that he is 30 and I just couldn't believe it, you know, memories, old feelings, etc. I had to cry. I was sad because I wonder what my life would be like if we had gotten together, if not in 8th grade then maybe after high school at least? I guess I am just feeling lonely today.

Other than a few tears at movies which I don't really consider crying..
The last time I cryed full on snot dripping gasping for breath chest heaving full body cry was about 3 weeks ago..
My daughter (age 19) decided to go out with friends and forgot to call (a first EVER) she was out all night long..
I drove the streets looking for her or her car... I kept telling myself she had been in a car accident and I would find her and her car at first light.. About 6:00 am just as the sun was coming up, while driving in a secluded section of the road between her job and our house I saw a shape in the ditch that looked like a body.. I got out of my car and walked to within 10 feet before I could see it was a piece of plastic sheeting that just happened to be blue and tan the same colors as her work uniform.. I completely lost it ...
I sat down on the ground and sobbed full body sobs for a good 10 minutes...
At 7:30 am my daughter arrived home apolgizing profusely for not calling..(She was allowed to live as it was a first time EVER she didn't call) The very next day I purchased cell phones for both she and I.. I never want to have another night imagining my daughter dead in a ditch or worse..
My daughter got through to age 19 without a major screw up I think she was saving them all up for one HUGE GRAND EXCEPTIONAL screw-up... I never had to deal with teen drinking, teen sex, or any of the other things teens do with her so one night about 8.5 hours of worry all at once is far less in time than the worry most parents go though.. (that rational is what kept her alive the first few hours she was home... LOL)
ADDITION:
I called the police about 3 am because she is legally a adult they can't take a police report until 24 hours has passed.. They agreed to keep a look out for her and her car through out the night..

The last time I cried was yesterday at the same time as my fiancee' was crying. We were speaking over the phone at the time, and all I wanted to do was to give her a reassuring hug that all would work out, but she was in a different state.

May 27th. I cried from happiness, I was able to spend my Grandson's 15th birthday with him and I meet his two best friends. You see my ex-daughter-in-law had kept him away from me for 4&1/2 years! I was the happiest Grandma alive that day!

Last week I found out that someone I love very dearly had been hurt a long time ago, and I never knew, and it hit me really hard and I wished I could have been there for them.

Yesterday. But it's only 4:06 a.m. at the moment, so you can probably count on more tears today.
I've been watching my latest delivery of DVDs, and I tend to get movies with high emotional content. I have a soft and mushy heart. (Just ask my doctor!)

A few weeks ago. My husband and I moved away from our home town because of a job, and I had to leave many friends, and especially my best friend. I was sad about that.

I have a ten week old English Bulldog puppy who has been very sick and today, for the first time in days, she finally started eating again---I cried. (Silly, I guess, but I just couldn't help it.)

I cried while I was singing at church on Sunday.... because I felt God.
Not trying to sound melodramatic here...
