To each his own. Some quit (like myself), only drink de-alcoholized beer now. Others seek councelling, group therapy (AA, etc..). And alot continue and deal with the consequences as they arrive.

This happened to me when i drank energy drinks I drank like 15 in three hours and it screwed me up for a couple of days it made me realize that any drug including caffeine can screw you up if you take to much of it personally now i don't think ill drink many more energy drinks because of what happened. If it makes you feel like crap why continue on doing it. Think of the anguish that happens after you drink and have your good time. And ask is it really worth it?

You can either learn to be in control of your actions, and act like a mature adult, or you will suffer the consequences. In your case probably liver malfunction, kidney problems, heart attack, stroke, or early death.

Death is probably not so bad because you do not suffer afterwards, but consider being on dialysis or an invalid for the rest of your life.

Just thought that i would give you something to think about before you mess your life up.
