Well I have a friend who is still young and already has a boyfriend and like thats just gross....and she also like kisses him and all I wanna now is how old r u supposed to be?

It depends on the maturity level of the 2 dating.
When people are kids it's usually hard for boys and girls to get past the way of think that boys think girls are gross and girls thinking boys are gross.
When girls and boy get past this and become a little more mature it doesn't really matter what age your're at.
When i was 4 i played this game of tag except only me and this girl played and when one of tags the other we kissed so it's kinda like kiss tag.
As long as you can talk and walk fine, your old enough to date.

I don't think there's an age that you're SUPPOSED to be when you start dating. My friend had a BF when she was 5.
But I guess if someone starts dating when they're 13 I wouldn't be surprised. Younger than that and I think it's gross.
It also depends on the kind of stuff she does with him.

That's really hard to say. I started dating at 13. But now a days kids are getting pregnant at 15 because many of thier parents don't give a S--t about thier kids upbringing !!

Any age after 18yrs for girl friend or a boy friend. For a proper relationship anyway.
