Well your son has a job, just be happy that he's not out on the streets selling drugs right now. You have to understand that as a parent you have to let your kids just be themselves. They will respect you so much more for it. Who knows, this could just be a phase. But seriously, don't criticize him because you will only make him drift from you.

You cant judge. Just let him be. If he looks like a fool, let him, thats his mistake. And the fact that he is buying his own clothes with his own money should be rewarding. You should be proud. Or try reverse phycoligy, let him buy it. But the thing is that you need to let him be him.
