The dude is married. If he isn't married, he might be divorced. As for his intentions? You didn't mention if you have had sex with this guy in question, but if its just lunch dates, who knows? If he hasn't pursued for 'more' after 4 months, maybe he just likes to eat lunch with you-doesn't seem too serious. On the other hand, maybe he's slowly working his way into a relationship with you-either way, the whole story about a girl working out of town is a total lie unless its a crazy coincidence.

Yeah, what are his intentions? If he is married, he ain't going to do you right. Even if his intentions are honorable, can you convince his wife that you didn't do anything but lunch? True or not, it's an ugly situation.
