If the blood alcohol content laws were enforced for all drivers somehow there would never be a traffic jam again. As a truck driver I can drink only when I know I will be off work.
In Los Angeles there is a permanent riot around alcohol cause the dui convicts spend all there time following every ounce of booze they can. They even say your plastered when you aren't just so they can have something to do. Then all the heretics pop up out of no where like the movie Night of the Living Dead. Its not a good idea to drive a truck for a living is it?

Lets Ban and regulate everything that kill people. This would include Food, Air, Sex (People have had heart attacks during sex) running, sky diving, swimming, jumping, walking, working around the home, living in homes should be ban people die just doing every day things in the home. There are tons more here. Oh yeah we need to ban people from going out in the heat as well as people die from dehydration and the sun causes skin cancer. We should ban trees as people fall out of them and die. We should shut down every power station in the world because people are electrocuted more often then you would realize. Air travel should come to a halt as well as train and boat travel. All drugs should be banned, the only thing we shouldn't ban is guns, That way everyone has a way to kill them selves from all the boredom. Thanks for a worthless post.

Well, even more broadly speaking, death in general is pretty common, so why not outlaw life?

Because we NEED cars.
Besides, no matter how many people die in car crashes, many, many, MANY more people don't.
