No! I would feel offended and put off by some stranger thinking I'd play tonsil hocky just cause he had roses- which make me sneeze!
Now, a good looking guy that had been flirting with me for while, and trying to catch my interest shows up with flowers and the request to join him for a picnic or movie or to spend some time together- he might get a hug and smooch!

maybe, but the roses and the proposition for physical relations are kind of contradictory. You'd do better asking a girl out to dinner while giving her roses, or walking up with a couple beers while asking to make out.

I would be like do I know you? and then I would make out with him. Hah!! and than I would step on the roses cuz roses are a flower of commitment!!

That would probably creep me out. If he told me I was beautiful and asked if he could give me a kiss on the cheek then I would be flattered.

No, i would be afraid. But if he was a little more humble and asked me if he could kiss my hand, i would definatly let him!
I don't make out do just anybody, it doesn't matter if they're "attractive" or not!

if he was my type i'd kiss him then afterward ask him what was that for.i'd guess that he was tryna to cover up or something like he told someone he had a gf and really didnt, but needed someone to help
