I need to know a for sure answer if possibal ive already done it twice and i dont know if I can a third or not?

It is infinite. You purchased a copy of the software. They can not take it away from you, unless you break the "End User License Agreement"

Provided it's legal AND the same PC each time, three is safe within a six month period. After that, you'll have to call Microsoft and explain why you are having so much trouble with your PC. They should give you another code.

Ok you can buy as many product keys as you want:
However to use the same product key over again you need to prove that it is the same computer with new components.
