Yes (and no). Soldiers marry other soldiers all the time. I think what your question is asking deals with Army fraternization policy. If the "he" in your question is an officer and you enlist, then that relationship is prohibited. There are also some limitations as it relates to positions of authority, however I think it is unlikely that you would be assigned to his unit if you were to enlist. Keep in mind this stuff only matters when you are both in the service. If you get married before you join, then it doesn't matter one way or the other.

Male teachers marry female teachers cuz they have something in comon and may even work in the same school.... It's like noticing that male students date female students... They just have somehting in common, plus, there are more females, so obvioosly if there are 30 males and 50 females and 25 males get married, only 5 males will not marry a teacher and 25 females won't marry a teacher.... Also, you should study millions of teachers from different schools to be sure hat this pattern actually exists...

Yes, but you can NEVER be stationed at the same command. You will also have a really hard time every getting stationed anywhere near each other. SO if you want to be married and live in different states and maybe different countries go for it. The Army will only say they will TRY to station you near each other, but that is only an effort they will use if he is on at least his second enlistment. They will not promiise or try anything for an entry level Soldier.

It happens routinely. When I was on active duty I knew a number of dual military couples. I knew a couple that were in the same troop (company equivalent in the Cavalry) and as soon as they were married one of them had to "volunteer" to go to a different squadron. As for your situation yes, you can be married and the Army will even do everything possible to ensure that you're both stationed in the same place. Of course, there are some times when you'll have to be separated, such as tours to Korea or deployments to the Middle East, but most of the time you'll be stationed together.

yes, u can't be in the same unit, and there cannot be fraternization between officers and enlised. You can bypass all these rules by marrying him befor you join however. Best thing is you'll both be able to draw bah, housing allowance. That'll make for some nice extra income.

Yes you can marry any one you like. As long as they are of the dirrent sex of course. Even in the same unit. the only way it would be a problem is if one of you is an officer and you both end up in the same unit. Yes you can marry and officer if your enlisted

If you had seen some of Bams ( women marines) when I was in the late 60's, then it should have been not only a court-marshal but a firing squad for sexual perversion!
