Fun-ness. I know it's not a word, but work with me here. What I find to be THE most important part of any relationship is to have fun together. If you're not having fun, you're not having anything. For further clarification, fun includes: laughing, being optimistic, not complaining, feeling good being together, etc. Fun really isn't too hard to classify. But it is the most important thing.

Since everyone is different, this is a difficult question to answer. But, I think most guys would agree that if a girl set up a date, something interesting, and paid, and actually took the effort to find out what the guy likes to do, it would be attractive, It shows that she's not just using him. But, if you are just using him, then showing up to his house in a sexy dress and saying let's go right now, that may be pretty hot as well.

Usually one of the most attractive thing a woman can do to attract me as a man is her sense of style. That means being neat and dressing nice.
