Work out everysecond day.

Don't work out the same muscle groups two days in a row.
In two months you will see fairly significant gains, about a 25% increase in strength. But this depends on your current build, and how you eat (NO JUNK, or fried foods. ONly grilled or baked meats). Eat plenty of proteins.

You won't match Arnold, but if you take your shirt off in the bathroom you will notice differences. It will take at least 6 months before others start noticing with your clothes on.

Good luck
Good luck.

You will gain muscle if you work out 1hour every day for 2 months. But alot of it depends on the types of food you eat daily and the type of body you have.there is 3 body types
Ectomorph:Skinny
Mesmomorph:natural body fit
Endomorph:Large and overweight
If you have an Ectomorph body type it may take more time to build muscle. But if you have a Mesmomorph body type building muscle is really easy. And if you have an Endomorph body type,You may have troubles in gaining muscle and give up early.I hoped this helped. This website will probably be more clearer if this didn't make any sense =D

You need to challenge your muscles. If you work out with weights that are too light, nothing will happen. For each major muscle group, do 2-3 exercises, where after 8-12 reps you can't do another one. By major muscle group, I mean your thighs (squats), chest (pushups, chest presses), back (pulldowns) and arms. You'll also need to eat right, including healthy foods and a wide variety, make sure you get enough protein, and do some cardio.

1 hour a day and 2 months u can see the muscles shaping up.. it is common that at the beginning of the work-out you could see the improvement clearly.. after awhile though it will stop and you have to continue to keep the shape.. i am not a body builder but lots of my friends are..
