It is for the family and friends of alcoholics. You have your own 12 step program-entirely voluntary!- to help you understand and deal with the disease of alcoholism. How it affects you and how you affect the person with the disease.

It is made up of all kinds of wonderful people that love an alcoholic and want to be able to live their lives in as healthy a manner as possible.

It costs nothing and does not hurt to try it- they welcome you because you are one of them, whether or not you realize it yet.
