First drink water instead of any other type of bevarage that will help a lot more than what people give it credit for. Don't eat second helpings. Also try to eat in moderation. You can also start walking three times a week. Or even dancing for at least 30 minutes three times a week that's more fun. Try doing squats on a wall for support and try to stay their as long as you can. Increase your time by 15 seconds each time. Do that four times a week. You can also start doing some crunches. Do about 50 every other day before you brush your teeth that way you won't forget to do them. Also if you like basketball that will help tone your abs and burn calories.

For upper thighs, start walking. Walk about 30 minutes a day, and build up to 60 minutes, and increase your speed, too. Try some hills if that's not hard enough. Your thighs will improve within three weeks if you do it 5x a week. For your stomach, learn how to do crunches, and work up to doing about seven minutes a day, six days a week. There's a video you can get, something like "7 minutes to abs of steel" -- you should look for it.

The best I've seen out there is a book I just finnished reading. It has everything for your body and what programs to do to get the effects you want. Has illustrations too so you can follow and meals etc.. all good for the body. and has the stomach toning and upper thighs your asking about too inside and more. One section is for women. And the other section is just for men. I was suprised I thought it would be only for men . But they have tons of stuff for women too.

I recommend " Sly moves "You can buy it at amazon.com

Definately worth it in my opinion.

Good luck

Good old fashioned running, squats, and sit ups and/or crunches. I know there is a lot of hype on TV about crunches not helping, which is true if you are not getting any "fat burning" type of workout like running in as well. Squats will help to tone your thighs. I totally understand. Pretty soon if I don't get my pooch under control, I'm going to have to remove my belly button ring!!

Hope that helps!!
