I could do it, I just need some major motivation somehow.
I never end up finishing things like workouts. I majorly need to work off my tummy fat...

Listen to music and try to do it every day. Get a friend to motivate you...ask him or her to check up on you on a daily basis. Good Luck and have fun.

Discipline and consistency are the major factors in maintaining a workout schedule. I have had some of my best workouts on days I did not feel like going to the gym.

Just think about how good you will feel and look after reaching your goal. Think about how good you will look at the beach or the pool, etc.

I choose a role model or goal to what I want to look like. At the gym i'll imagine myself as a pro athlete doing whatever I can to keep the competitive edge.

Think about the end result. One of the habits of highly effective people is to start with the end in mind.

I have the same problem. You should try to reward yourself. Like if you finish a workout 4 times during the week, buy yourself a little something

I agree with the guy who said something about music although if you dont lik rap music any music will work like your favorite upbeat song whatever it is put it on disc or tape and take it to the gym it works for me.

I run most mornings. Some days I actually want to, other days I don't want to but I make myself do it anyway. and then there are the days where I know i need to, but I don't anyway..
i feel like if i give myself i day off then I'll be more pumped up to run the next day, and I actually want to.

listen to some loud rap music, make sure you hear thwe vibration of the bass, then run on the treadmill
