Don't do a thing. She had to go bad so she couldn't get to a toilet, well it happens. Natural thing to happen. Don't bring it up, just forget about it.

Only if there are public toilets nearby that she doesn't know about you may help her and tell her some time when no one else can hear, then saying something like 'hey, there are restrooms (thereandthere) you know' would still be embarrassing but the benefit of saving her future embarrassment may still make it a good idea if she runs there daily.

OK, I get it. Ordinarily if you saw the girl once that would be the end of it. No big deal. But seeing her day after day reminds you of that incident and keeps you from putting it aside. Is she also a runner? I really sympathize, but if you can't get over it and you know you will run into her every day, my suggestion is that you find another track to run on. I definitely would not talk to her about it. It will only embarrass her and make you feel all the more awkward.

OMG my husband has had to pull over on the highway because I`ve had to pee sooo bad, I`d run in the bush and go and then come back. No big deal, men do it all the time. I always make sure I carry wipes or tissues in the car in case anyone has to go in a emergency... When nature calls, I run. What`s more embarrassing....wet pants??

What happened to you is nothing compared to what happened to me.

I was hiking in the England Hills and I came across this couple having sex right in the middle of the trail. The man actually acknowledged me and said "hi". There wasn't much I could do but say "hi" back and keep on going.

A day later I went down to the beach for a swim at dusk and came across a couple lying on rocks--he had his hand up her skirt. I kept going and they got up quickly and left.

If I were you, yeah I know its weird, I would just let it go and try to forget about it. Chances are she didn't know you were watching and it wasn't like your actions were deliberate.

I saw a guys penis because of the way he was sitting, and the way I was sitting, I had the right view in his shorts I guess.
I didn't mean to look, it was completely by accident.
Well, anways. I didn't tell him, and I try not to think about it when I talk to him. But I think these things happen a lot, and you just keep living.
Anything you say would make things awkward.

So what, like you have never pee'd outside. Wouldn't say anything, it would make things awkward and could backfire, she could tell her girl friends you flipped out over something as trivial as peeing oion the woods and then might start making fun of you...

Do you initials stand for I'm No Pervert? LOL Just joking with you. I know you aren't - it just fit for the occasion. Listen, whether she knows you saw her or not doesn't matter. If you mention it she will be totally embarrassed. Don't embarrass her more! When Natures calls you have to answer the call. You're lucky to have a lil' gadget to take with you everywhere you venture, for that purpose. With all the things we need to remember today this isn't one of them. Forget it!

Just act natural like nothing happened..
You don't want to embarrass her..or yourself..
If you know her.. keep talking to her..but don't mention it..
Have you ever pee'd in the woods.. or outside for that matter?
Girls sometimes just gotta go.. same as guys..
No big deal here.. forget about it..

"Perhaps you should have showed her what the big bad wolf does to nasty girls who pee in the woods."
Haha. That is sooo funny. I could not stop laughing. What the hell do you want to do about it?..you saw it, ok! But why cause drama. Seriously.
