What are signs of Cancer a female needs to look out for.....?

Hmmmmm now are these signs or "symptoms" relative to ALL forms of cancer or does each type have it's own symptoms? Any clue how many types of cancer actually exist? (for a female anyway)

For example, my friend had leukemia and her first symptoms were tiredness and she kept catching colds and getting sick. But those symptoms also go with things like mono, lupis, etc.
