Honestly, it depends on how you fall. I used to Rollerblade and skate a lot, but the way you describe it it seems like you're taking on ramps, etc. So I've seen people who've fractured their skulls from pulling stunts and paralyzed themselves, but then there's always the ones who don't get hurt but a scratch. Since you say you're a beginner I'm sure you won't be sliding down any rail soon. So you shouldn't be in too much fear. Honestly, falling when you're well protected like that does not hurt a bit. I'm a rebel so I didn't use anything at all but my forever scars make me regret it. Lol. So yea, it'll be fine. Just maintain your balance, always try something where someones watching, and DON'T do anything STUPID!
And you're all set! Best of wishes for you!

if you fall in a typical manner, you will naturally put your arm out to break your fall. If you hit uneven pavement, like a curb, it can cause your arm to snap. If you fall hard enough, you could break an arm regardless. The pads will help though.
If you land on your butt, you could break a tail bone.
You probably won't break a leg, unless you are going extremely fast downhill and hit something that's sticking up, like a fire hydrant or pole.

in case you fall in an basic technique, you are going to honestly located your arm out to wreck your fall. in case you hit uneven pavement, like a shrink, it may likely motive your arm to snap. in case you fall not basic adequate, you could desire to holiday an arm regardless. The pads will help in spite of the certainty that. in case you land on your butt, you could desire to holiday a tail bone. You regularly will possibly not holiday a leg, until eventually you're going notably speedy downhill and hit something it is sticking up, like a fire hydrant or pole.

There are too many variables involved in an accident to make an assessment regarding a future injury.
Nothing personal, but if you are afraid to get hurt, then try something safer.

Oh you're probably going to LIVE...-But much MORE likely -you'll just get a bump or a bruise, depending on WHAT you land upon (concrete, your backside, grass, your head, etc..). Stop WORRYING about it- & just go out & have FUN. That IS- the main idea- afterall... :)

It really isn't anything to worry about unless you really land hard. I've fallen more then I'd like to think about and I've never broken anything, or really even been seriously hurt.
You really should be fine.
