I'm actually having this problem too! but It's only from one baby. I've been researching the topic and this is the best site i found. I got this info. off of this site:
http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/tisha10.htm

[ Q ] How do you get rid of the extra skin in the abdominal area after childbirth?

Wow, this has got to be the most asked question and I had a small problem with it as well. For me personally, and this would depend on how bad the problem is. I added more weight to my abdominal training routine and it actually filled out the area of stretched skin.
The problem is caused by the collagen fibers in your skin that create elasticity. When they become stretched out from child-birth weight-loss and aging.

Some evidence shows that Retin-A compounds stimulate the skin to build more collagen. There are also laser resurfacing techniques that treat skin in the same manner, such as microdermabrasion.

Exercise To Tighten The Muscles:

Pilates, Bosu and Yoga are all excellent ways to build your CORE muscles and strengthen the transverse abdominus muscles by rebuilding them.

When All Else Fails:

When you have tried diet and exercise and you cannot lose the excess skin or belly fat, you can turn to surgery. Make sure that you research the procedure and plastic surgeon before undergoing any type of surgery.

Abdominoplasty Or Tummy Tuck:

This is a procedure for women in fairly good shape but happen to have fat deposits or loose abdominal skin that they cannot get rid of after diet and exercise have failed them. Even after the procedure, it is important to continue with a healthy nutrition plan and regular exercise.

I hope this helps you!!

The best I've seen out there is a book I just finnished reading. It has everything for your body and what programs to do to get the effects you want. Has illustrations too so you can follow and meals etc.. all good for the body. And I was surprised I thought it would be all about men and there shape But the book also has lots of women exercises and toning programs as well as weight loss as our body's are different from mens. And this book notices the difference. So many times I have seen where the work out books are just touched on lightly this book goes into great explanation and shows you illistrations too .

I recommend "Sly moves" You can buy it at amazon.com

Definately worth it in my opinion.

Good luck

Try the ab exercise work, but if you aren't willing to go through the surgery, you'll probably have to learn to accept a little "souvenir" of four pregnancies.

Try to focus on the good things about your body, instead. Just how often does a woman need to show off her abs, anyway? Upper arms are much more visible, and if you've got good toned ones, then you should be proud of yourself. (-: If you don't, they *do* respond to exercise, so get in there. (-: Twins means you can have one kid hanging off of each arm -- gives new meaning to the term "free weights."

Short of have it surgically removed, this usually does not go away. Your skin has stretched and has lost it's elasticity. That is the perks for having 5 kids. Having one baby after another, your body really never had a chance to recover before you became pregnant with the next.

Theres an extremely painful procedure to getting the skin removed. Its not worth it, save yourself the scars! Im sure you look okay anyways if its just skin :)

you have to get a tummy tuck, i would wait till your done having kids for sure then go for it, you only live once and you only get one body, may as well have it how you want it. other then that theres not much you can do because it IS just skin and you can really do much to shrink that.

Surgery. I have the same problem. Was morbidly obese and I have loose skin. Cannot afford surgery. Life sucks!

5 kids!!! And you haven't lost your MIND yet? Hahahaha
I have three and love them all to pieces. I still have my baby carriage too. I've tried everything. Honey, unfortunately, we are stuck with it outside of resorting to surgery.

If you are willing to work out, you should to ab-based workouts.
I have "Hip Hop Abs" and it is so much fun, but at the same time, you can feel your abs tightening and getting leaner.
