walk, jog,
maybe even run?
it always helps to have a mp3 player to pass the time away too.

Get into the weight room.... Not only does the weight room have very very fast results for beginners, the endorphins your brain will release will make you feel great about yourself.
After the first couple of weeks of weightlifting and a solid routine, you will already be in better shape to do cardio workouts. You may even have more impressive features, and be a little more toned up.
Weightlifting is the gateway to all other forms of exercise with fast results. Plus most of the stuff you do in the weight room involves benches or stools or seats. If you like sitting and working hard.....

You're not going to like this answer, but you're probably not going to exercise, or if you do, not put enough energy into it for it to be worthwhile, if you hate exercising. If you can change up your lifestyle a bit that might be a step in the right direction. Mostly it involves walking more as a method of transportation.

Are you trying to lose weight? If that is the case, my doctor told me that you don't have to actually exercise to lose weight, just as long as you take in less calories than you burn. Shoot for about 1500 calories a day (never less than 1200), spread out between around 5 or 6 small meals every 2-3 hours. Eat breakfast within an hour of waking up. Go for complex carbs here, such as oatmeal or whole grain whole wheat toast with peanut butter. For the rest of the day: lean protein (chicken, ham, turkey), green vegetables, fruit, cheese, etc. You get the idea.
But, if you want to just get toned and don't want to work for it, I'm afraid that it doesn't happen that way. Losing body fat is one universal goal with exercise (along with toning/building muscle), and your body is more apt to do this in the morning after waking up. Later in the day, it can take up to a half-hour for the body to go to work on its fat stores for energy. Oh, and wait about an hour after eating before exercising, too. Try cardio, like walking, jumping rope, or cardio kickboxing, etc.

i HATE to exercise, but i must to continue with my job (USAF). Try doing something fun like Carmen Electra's Aerobic strip tease. It has 4 discs and each one has it's own challenges. I really like the second because it really works your muscles (and it has cute boy with no shirt on! usually a positive). Also, get a workout buddy! My husband and i worked out the other day, and he was a great motivator and it was good bonding time.
Dancing is always a good work out, so look into that too!
And yoga! It's relaxing, strengthening, and stretching! It's great after a long day of work.
Best of luck!

Just go to the park and walk around for an hour or two. It doesn't even seem like you're exercising until you're done. Good night!

Well, I'll admit, I like exercise (xcept when i'm on my period haha). But, I think 1 thing that really helps me out is i love people watching, so, when im in the gym, i turn on my ipod, but, i kinda zone out watching all the people. or sometimes, i listen to an audiobook.

I absolutely hate exercise but I find pilates tolerable. It's no impact, you can go at your own pace, affordable, and sometimes stretching out those muscles can really feel good.

And if your having fun, your gonna love whatever your doind. If you love it, your gonna keep doing it. Try swimming/Aqua aerobics. Or go dancing to a club. Just have fun while doin it.
