She is probably having some residual pain from the surgery. You may want to check and make sure her stiches don't look infected. She will need time to recover from surgery much like you would. A cat doesn't know how to express pain so she is doing it the only way she knows how. If she continues after about a week and her stiches look fine, you may want to take her to the vet for a follow up appointment. Best of luck to you!

that's normal ..give her a week ..she will start playing again like before she went into heat.. my daughter has the same problem

she is most likely in some pain. she will be very sore for a while. just let her heal. you would moan too if you had a major operation.
