I would say no and i say that because the english bulldog has such a square and blocky body that the beagle may not be able to pass the puppies through resulting in termination or the possibility of a c-section which puts all the dogs at risk--
ask your vet they could probably tell you more
good luck
**add**
good grief people-- she had already made up her mind to do it why not give her real responses as to health risks instead of just nagging

Why? Beagle English Bulldogs aren't exactly in demand. You won't be able to sell the puppies for anything. Besides, most beagles are too small for breeding with an English Bulldog. Your beagle could get hurt in the breeding or have those English Bulldog puppies whose heads are so big they have to be born by C-Section. Are you willing to pay for the doggie C-Section and all the follow up care at the vet? For what purpose? If you want puppies, they are all over the place. Offer to foster puppies for a rescue, and you'll have them just while they're puppies. Then they'll get adopted and you can have more puppies.
I have to say that your explanation is concerning. If you are thinking of breeding dogs, you should be concerned about the risks. And if you don't know how to breed two dogs, I'm sure not gonna tell ya :)

So you don't want to hear about it, oh well! Breeding is a very big responsibility and should only be done by professionals. There are not only too many details in breeding, there are also to many things can go wrong and you could be putting your dog and her puppies, in alot of danger. Is that really what you want? There are already too many animals out there that need homes and end up getting put down, because there aren't enough homes. Do you really think that it's being fair to the puppies, for you to add to the problem? I don't think so!!! If you really love your dog, please get her fixed!!! Don't put her and the puppies through all of that!!! It's not fair!!!

That is fine about the unwanted remarks, but what you do honestly have to concider is the size difference. English bulldogs have BIG HEADS, some english bulldogs need c-sections, but you are going to have a beagle push them out?
I am a Great Dane breeder, and I appologize but, I think your mixture should be looked into more.. Your not very responsible to want to breed what your breeding.. Nor the reason for breeding!
Good Luck

Ok genius, maybe you should learn how to breed a dog before you try. Please learn something about breeding before you breed the dogs. You should know that there is a good chance that a few of the puppies will be dead, beagles are small compared to English Bulldogs. The pups may be too big for the mother to deliver. Make sure you are prepared to clean the sac, and cut the cord, there is a good chance the mother won't do it on her own. Make sure you sterilize anything that is on your property. Make people bleach their shoes before even entering your property. Don't wear shoes around the pups. Make sure mom is eating at least five times a day, and you may have to force her to sit still while she feeds the pups. If you know what your doing, then you know how to properly socialize the pups. But I am guessing, you are not going to do any of this, because you are become a back yard breeder. If you are really going to do this, please learn something first. Breeding dogs is not something you can just pick up. It takes a lot of learning, and work to become a successful and educated breeder.

I would definitely consult your local vet, kennel, or breeder in order to get some help. I actually know of some who have mixed these breeds to get a "beabull" and while they are cute puppies there can be complications with birth, especially the risk of a c-section like mentioned above. Although i do not agree with your disregard for the life of the puppies you will be creating i wish you good luck and hope there arise no problems for the female beagle who will be giving birth to these mixed puppies. As a beagle owner myself i wish no harm on any other dog, especially this kind loving and loyal breed.

Let me guess- you want to make lots of money selling a hybrid puppy right? Well- you just go ahead and do it. The c section she will have will be about $1500, so save up for that- oh- but you probably don't have the money for that, do you? What is the matter with you? What could you be thinking? If you don't have a clue about what you are doing, you shouldn't do it. I will not give you any advice on this. You do not want to improve a breed, nor promote a breed- you are just out for money. Shame on you. You are truly an idiot. Way to go person beneath me- you are just as stupid as she is.

First, if they are going to breed, you need to learn about your female dog's heat cycles. If you aren't familiar with this, then you have a lot to learn.
However, I strongly recommend against this. First, this will create mixed breed pups. They may be adorable, but people will not pay you big $$ for a mixed breed - in fact, you may even have trouble giving these pups away. You may claim that all your friends want a pup - but I guarantee you that when the time comes to actually take a pup, they will not (at best, maybe one will). Are you prepared financially to raise these dogs? Do you have the money to ensure that the mom receives proper health care during her pregnancy? What if she needs a Cesarian - do you have the money for that operation? Do you have the funds to properly vaccinate all these pups? What about a yard? Newborns are easy to care for - but in just a few short weeks, the pups will be playing and running all around. Can you care for them then? And what will you do if no one adopts these dogs? Take them to the shelter?
My advice is not to breed period. But if you must, talk to actual breeders. They can inform you of all the little details you need to know - but be prepared to pay them. You can just let "nature take its course" and see what happens if you leave the two dogs together for an extended period, but again, be sure you are prepared to handle a litter of mixed breed pups.

Well if you don't know, don't do it. WHY are you doing this? So more mixed breed dogs at shelters will be euthanized since people took your pups instead? You "don't want to hear about the unwanted dogs"? Well you obviously need to. How about instead of breeding your dog you instead volunteer your time at a shelter so you can see how many animals are there. Or stick around for when unwanted animals are being euthanized.
You should be ashamed of yourself. And perhaps instead you should take the time to learn how to spell difficult words like "successfully" and "they're" and that it should be "don't try to" not "don't try and". Moron.

Prepare yourself for a C-Section there genius. EBD's have big heads and Beagles are smaller so you'll be dealing with cephalopelvic disprortion.
Add that to the fact that those mongrels won't be worth crap and you're going to lose lots of money.
That's exactly what you deserve with such a piss poor attitude.
You don't care that because people like you keep breeding dogs that millions of them are dying? You need therapy, you obviously have some severe issues if you have that little compassion for living creatures.
Oh, and give me all the thumbs downs you want. People like you, and people who think what you are doing is Ok are beneath pond scum and aren't worth the air they breathe. One of these days you're going to answer for all the puppies whose blood is on your hands.
