Actually, it would, at best, but a Binocracy (Binary matriarchy), as ants communicate by electrical impulses that are either on or off (i.e. 0 or 1; binary), and do serve the queen ant (matriarchy). But, since they have no spiritual awareness that has ever been displayed, I don't think it's a subject of much worth for debate.
