call walgreens pharmasist, they're happy to answer and open around the clock.I think the answer is not together wait a couple hours after prilosec, it would be mention under counter-indications on the back of box.

yes you can. as far as i know there is no drug interractions with them. prilosec is used for acid ingestion and hearburn, while acetaminophen is used commonly for a headache and body ache. these meds are taking care of two separate things in the body so you should be ok. if you are doubting it make sure you consult your doctor when taking over the counter medicine.
