8 am is not too early for noise in an apartment building. I think if you check the statutes of your area, noise is probably allowed after 6 or 7 am.

Get some ear plugs, and you also might try to talk with the neighbor

I would graciously ask them to cease that practice. If it continued I would purchase some ear plugs and go back to sleep.

If you are a vengeful kind of person, you could start bouncing a bowling ball off the floor... NAH... it is always better to turn the other cheek.

I would ask them politely to lower the volume. Then I would get a white noise machine.

Unfortunately 8am is when people can start mowing lawns, etc. Talk to your apartment manager, but most likely they won't be able to do anything. Other than asking them yourself (Nicely) there's not much you can do.

i would call them up or go over there when they are playing the music and tell them quite frankly and POLITELY that they are disturbing me. if they got fresh or gave me static, i would complain to the management. if the management doesnt do anything, lodge a complaint with the po-po.....

I would very politely to ask them to please wait until after 10am. If they didn't stop. I'd have to tell the landlord. That behavior is uncalled for. Good luck with that. :) -L
