Just about every other page in the Old Testament has God killing somebody! In 2 Kings 10:18-27, God orders the murder of all the worshipers of a different god in their very own church! In total God kills 371,186 people directly and orders another 1,862,265 people murdered.

The God of the Bible also allows slavery, including selling your own daughter as a sex slave (Exodus 21:1-11), child abuse (Judges 11:29-40 and Isaiah 13:16), and bashing babies against rocks (Hosea 13:16 & Psalms 137:9).
ill add more too

The bible was written by men and not during the time that is being told. IT is only a view of that person that wrote that specific chapter and then whoever changed it over the years. We can not say GOD is bad, because GOD is everything. Humans are imperfect whereas GOD is perfect. In all 3 main religions there is only one GOD and all idolators are sinners.
Now I went to http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?book_id=12&chapter=10&version=9 and I am not sure what Bible you are reading (but by seeing the link evil bible) though it is not accurate... this is what it says in the King James Version (probably the most used version of the bible)
18And Jehu gathered all the people together, and said unto them, Ahab served Baal a little; but Jehu shall serve him much.
19Now therefore call unto me all the prophets of Baal, all his servants, and all his priests; let none be wanting: for I have a great sacrifice to do to Baal; whosoever shall be wanting, he shall not live. But Jehu did it in subtilty, to the intent that he might destroy the worshippers of Baal.
20And Jehu said, Proclaim a solemn assembly for Baal. And they proclaimed it.
21And Jehu sent through all Israel: and all the worshippers of Baal came, so that there was not a man left that came not. And they came into the house of Baal; and the house of Baal was full from one end to another.
22And he said unto him that was over the vestry, Bring forth vestments for all the worshippers of Baal. And he brought them forth vestments.
23And Jehu went, and Jehonadab the son of Rechab, into the house of Baal, and said unto the worshippers of Baal, Search, and look that there be here with you none of the servants of the LORD, but the worshippers of Baal only.
24And when they went in to offer sacrifices and burnt offerings, Jehu appointed fourscore men without, and said, If any of the men whom I have brought into your hands escape, he that letteth him go, his life shall be for the life of him.
25And it came to pass, as soon as he had made an end of offering the burnt offering, that Jehu said to the guard and to the captains, Go in, and slay them; let none come forth. And they smote them with the edge of the sword; and the guard and the captains cast them out, and went to the city of the house of Baal.
26And they brought forth the images out of the house of Baal, and burned them.
27And they brake down the image of Baal, and brake down the house of Baal, and made it a draught house unto this day.

Is that the ONLY thing you have to worry about?
For crying out loud, is that "ALL" the people God has killed? How many MILLIONS of people have PEOPLE killed/murdered throughout history? Hitler alone was "responsible" for over 6 MILLION in WWII... making God's total look like CHILD's play!
Get a grip, man... get a LIFE.

GOD IS GREAT!
KICK A SS GOD (nobody has fear in God no more)
God determines what is good or bad. He created, he can kill.
The clay can not tell the potter how it can be made (Romans 9: 21)
Yes he said to Joshua to kill everything.
In the NT we have Jesus as our sacrificial lamb who shed his blood for you and cleansed all of our sins, that is the difference.

There's a big difference between killing and murder. God put you into this world, he has every right to take you out...of it. Especially with such blasphemy that comes from your fingers. God is GOOD all the time.

Yes, this is true. But the NT God is a "kinder, gentler" God, with the exception of his own son.

It seems some people go to great lengths to slam our Creator. Your statement/question indicates that you believe in God, but you don't know Him. Or is it that you don't want to know Him?
Would you please read the Bible cover to cover, then decide for yourself if you want to reject or except Him. It is totally your decision, so why let someone else influence your decision.

No one cares....they were bad people, so obviously they had to be killed. Sheesh you don't know anything about God's logic....its black and white, no gray areas.
