I think you already have a normal and healthy weight. And like you said, you have big boobs, so you should weigh a little more. But you should excercise and eat healthier and cut that junk food diet if you still want to lose weight..

OK. I answered basically the same question already, so I'm just copying and pasting. But here it is.
The best way is a combination of diet and exercise. I lost a large amount of weight myself, and have kept it off the following way. I used a high protein/low carb diet (Atkins actually) and exercised seven days a week. Some like to take one day a week off, but I find that getting all seven in keeps me on track.
Exercise means walking at the quickest pace I can comfortably walk for at least an hour (or more) every day. Then I work out with weights to develop muscle a minimum of 3 days a week. Muscle burns fat. So building more muscle on your body will help you to boost your metabolism and burn fat faster. Also, weight lifting keeps your body burning calories longer than aerobic exercise (such as quick walking, running, etc). Part of the reason for this is that the body has to work to repair muscle after the work out. That is how it builds muscle. Not during the exercise, but during the repair process afterwards.
But aerobic exercise is good for your heart and lungs and gives your metabolism a good boost. A nice combination is what you want to strive for.
I recommend purchasing Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution book and reading it through, then seeing your doctor before beginning. A few good books on weight training are "Getting Stronger" by Bill Pearl, "Body Building, A Scientific Approach" by Frederick Hatfield, and "The New Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding" by Arnold Schwarzenegger

Ok. I have worked on losing weight a long time. I used to be able to eat whatever I wanted but that all changed when I got older. It doesn't sound like you are overweight but its good to change your habits now because when you get older its really easy to put on extra pounds. So, the easiest way I know of is to change your eating habits and exercise. Now, the way you change your eating habits is to become aware of your calorie intake. Know which foods are high in calories such as a donut. Know which foods are low in calories. And stop snacking on junk food. And then you need to exercise. One of the easiest ways to exercise is buy an aerobics video at your neighborhood Target and do a 20 minute workout each day in front of the tv. It will keep you in shape and doesn't take long to achieve results. That's my advice. Good luck!

Perhaps you could stop eating junk food? It sounds like you know what the problem is. Anyway, you don't sound overweight. I'm too lazy to look it up, but I think you're right in the healthy range. Good night!
