i feel she should confess to him ...as if she keeps her feelings in her...it would never get the reaction it deserves and she might lament later on but even if it turns out sour..God forbid...atleast she will have the satisfaction that she did try!!lets keep our fingers crossed and best of luck to her!!

Your friends should tell him. If she doesn't, the "cute" guy wouldn't know and might have crush with someone else in the school he will go to. As for your friend, that "secret" would will be a pain, mostly mentally. Most likely, she will regret in the future, 'Why didn't I tell him I liked him at least 3 years?' It will be very painful to keep that words to herself.

Life doesn't stand still just because she does. If she ever wants anything out of life she needs to jump to it. Regardless of if it turns out in her favour, she needs to tell him. Wanting someone or something for 3 years and doing nothing about it is not acceptable this day and age.
Your friend needs to be willing to go after what she wants in life or she'll never make it far.
So yeah, tell him. The worse thing that could happen is rejection but so what? If he rejects her then he's not worth her time anyways. Life is full of rejections.

What then ? Three years and he hasn't shown any interest in her. Your friend will end up making a big fool of herself. She'll hold you responsible for it, till she ofcourse forgets about him.
It's a crush - let it be just that. Life goes on - they'll move to another school in a few months time.

I think she should tell him like yesterday and please how did she wait so long. Does she think the feelings are not mutual? Worse case he doesn't feel the same but they'll be moving on next year anyhow!
