Ezekiel was told to eat a book and it tasted like honey. He ate it because God told him to. It was part of the vision. He had to do a lot of crazy things in order to serve as God's Prophet.

Bible pages actually taste good, well at least when I was a kid, they did. I used to get realllly bored in church...
