I have been using different kinds of cleansers and face scrubs but none get rid of my blackheads on my nose (only on my nose) and these things under my eyes:

Those things under my eyes I can't get rid of them! The blackheads on my nose are starting to go away now that I have been using pore strips. Just please someone help me find out what products I should use. Thank you

Those things under your eye are called MILIA. They are the same things newborn babies frequently get. The difference is, in babies, they go away by themselves.
Milia are formed from non-mature sebaceous cells. The
sebaceous glands produce a fatty substance similar to wax, called sebum. This is the stuff that makes your hair or skin oily. There is no cause, but sometimes people get them more than once.
Get some skin toner, a paper clip [ or hairpin, not bobby pin ],
and a mirror. After a shower, try to press down around the milia to express them, and clean area with toner afterwards.
Don't do this the night before something important - give skin a day or so to recover.
This is really the only time the docs actually tell you to squeeze a 'zit'!
If you want to, make an appointment for a facial at a good salon, and they can help you out.
P.S. very pretty blue eyes, by the way!
P.P.S. I have had a few, and they did not go away without treatment - but they don't get inflamed afterward like a pimple would.

Those things under your eyes are not pimples. They are fat cells that rose to the surface of your skin. LEAVE THEM ALONE! They will go away on their own eventually. If you are really worried about them then see if your doctor has any other options for you. As far as your blackheads go though keep using pore strips every once and a while. Neutrogena also has a very good blackhead face wash. A mud mask once a week helps clean out pores as well.

Trust me they wont go away with any cleanser. They would eventually go away in less than a month. I actually get them underneath my eyebrows.
