Genesis 3:21 Unto Adam also and to his wife did the LORD God make coats of skins, and clothed them.
Revelations 19:14 And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.
Ezekiel 42:14 When the priests enter therein, then shall they not go out of the holy place into the utter court, but there they shall lay their garments wherein they minister; for they are holy; and shall put on other garments, and shall approach to those things which are for the people.
Ecclesiates 9:8 Let thy garments be always white; and let thy head lack no ointment.
Isaiah 61:9 And their seed shall be known among the Gentiles, and their offspring among the people: all that see them shall acknowledge them, that they are the seed which the LORD hath blessed.
10 I will greatly rejoice in the LORD, my soul shall be joyful in my God; for he hath clothed me with the garments of salvation, he hath covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decketh himself with ornaments, and as a bride adorneth herself with her jewels.
Revelations 3:4 Thou hast a few names even in Sardis which have not defiled their garments; and they shall walk with me in white: for they are worthy.
5 He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.

All righty I'm Mormon!!! If you couldn't tell. MAGIC underwear?! Ha, ha. That's the silliest thing I've ever heard! Of course we do have sacred clothing that represent something. But even I don't know fully about that because I'm not old enough. Besides, it's sacred and therefore the reason you won't hear other mormons going around talking about their 'magic' underwear. Good heavens we aren't THAT weird! So, if you really really want to know about, join the church and you'll be let on into all our....secrets! lol. J/K

I don't know about magic underwear protecting them. It's a form of modesty, that's all. We think the symbols are silly, they have meaning for Mormons.

I have never got a straight answer from any Mormon I know about the underwear. They have a lot of other odd traditions as well.

Not only retarded, but ugly and uncomfortable as well. Any church that can successfully con someone into wearing that crappy underwear is only 1 sip away from a massive Jonestown-like Kool Aid party.

I've never heard of that but I'm sure it's an urban legend in some Mormon circles. LOL, I can just imagine a polygamist mother telling her child that to make sure she doesn't have sex or get molested.

I had a friend in high school who was Mormon. We talked extensively about her religion and beliefs and I never heard anything about anything like that.

I'm sure Mormons find burkae (sp?) retarded too. This is likewise, their form of religious modesty.

I never heard of that before. Can anyone have access to these magical panties? Or would I have to convert? I will if they make them in baby blue.
