I don't know about the effect of Ezekiel bread...but I sure do know the effects of
Bran....especially bran muffins...

Be careful, Ezekiel Bread is "not" a form of birth control.

Girl, you are on that Ezekiel bread tonight, aren't you? LOL. My advice is to switch to Nature's Own honey nut bread. It's the BOMB!!!

No, it is just sprouted bread.
You might be cheating yourself out of a little bit of money cuz I think that shtuff is a lil more expensive.
Don't forget no sandwich is complete without the tangy taste of baby Christian blood.
