Weather did not permit going outdoors. So we went out for Lunch and slept in the afternoon. then it poured. So Hooray. At least it was peaceful.

We didn't go to the fireworks because we thought our 2 yr old might be afraid and someone set off some major fireworks (almost an hour) from about 1/2 a mile away behind our house and he loved it. We are actually going up north tomorrow to take him to some that were rained out today.
We are all safe and happy.

i had a safe 4th, i drove 2 1/2hrs picked up my niece, the drove back and had to deal with my own 4 1/2 yr old and a 16 month old. I am due for a glass of wine right about now.
It wasn't good, since hubby was fighting in iraq.

Well, I went to the community firworks show suspecting that I would be bored until 9:00 when the fireworks would go.
I got to volunteer my time serving drinks with my friends all day and the best time! (And I finished my required service hourse!)

yes i did..i went 2 a lake i also climbed a mountain i had a good time with my family wached fireworks..shot my self with a bb gun by accident..lol..thats all the things that made it so good.thanx 4 asking...^/_\^

For me it was my six year old boys eyes full of sparkle and a mouth full of "oooooohhhhhh....I like that one" with each firework!

Yep... and i am out of country, which made it even better... no wild people, nobody asking me if I like that country... I should do this more often : )

mine waz too safe...
and we did absollutly nothing..
we didnt even bbq or c fireworks
if i could drive...then id definatly wouldve done it different!
